Two goals each from Brough and Swallow, were accompanied by goals from Worrall, Ben Dale and an own goal, in helping Dynamo to victory over Ripley Town by 7 goals to nil.
Dynamo started brightly and were ahead through Brough in the 4th minute after a goal-mouth scramble following a Worrall corner. Worrall made it 2-0 just minutes later, after good work from Hayes had released him on goal.
Dale made it 3-0 with a perfectly placed free-kick from 25 yards out. Dynamo went in at the break with a 3 goal cushion.
The goals then dried up until 20 minutes from time. An own goal was forced on 72 minutes from a Worrall corner. Swallow then made it 5-0, again, from a Worrall corner.
On 80 minutes, it was 6, after Brough latched on to a Hayes cross to turn and shoot into the top corner. The 7th came on 86 minutes, after Swallow finished one-on-one after Brough had flicked on a Ben Newton goalkick.
A comfortable performance from Dynamo. The scorelined flattered us, but it was a game in which the chances were well converted. We now embark upon a two week break before welcoming Matlock United to The Grange on 19 September.
