Melbourne Under 8s Shine at CDFC 5-a-Side Tournament

Melbourne Dynamo FC were proudly represented by two Under 8s teams at the CDFC 5-a-side tournament — the Vipers and the Pythons — in what turned out to be a fantastic day of football.

Both teams showed great spirit and development throughout the competition. The Pythons were unlucky to narrowly miss out on a place in the final after a series of closely contested matches, demonstrating real determination and teamwork.

The Vipers, however, were in outstanding form all day. Winning all five of their group games, they carried that momentum into the final where they faced Shardlow Falcons. In an entertaining and high-energy match, the Vipers secured a brilliant 6–2 victory to lift the trophy.

With lovely weather and excellent organisation from everyone at CDFC, it was a thoroughly enjoyable day for players, coaches, and supporters alike.
