Under-12 United bowed out of the Lewis Mighty Cup today after a brave and determined performance against Aston Village, a side competing two tiers above them.

Despite the gulf in divisions, United rose to the occasion and produced a display full of spirit, teamwork, and belief. They created several promising moments throughout the match and were unfortunate not to come away with more for their efforts.

Every player gave their all, representing the club with pride from the first whistle to the last. Although the result didn’t go their way, the attitude, commitment, and quality shown made the whole club proud.
