Website - we are pleased to announce that a new club website will shortly be launched with enhanced features for management of teams, player availability, club communications, sponsorship, match reports and league status to name just a few. Website pilots will be undertaken with U10, U13, U14 & Adults teams through to October where it is then hoped to extend to all teams.
Volunteers from each team will be required to assist with the communications and management of match reports. Your assistance will be requested during the start of season team parent meetings.

Committee structure - the following changes were agreed:
• Combine social fundraising & events with sponsorship and subs coordination under the banner of Club Funding.
• Matt Webster appointed head of Junior football with no requirement for City league representative at this moment.
• Girls football committee to be headed by James O’Toole
Team managers through their pre-season parents meeting will seek funding committee representatives for each team – please be prepared to volunteer and support the development of the club!

Finance & Subscriptions – after a long and protracted on-line banking registration process we are now in a position for 2019/20 payments to be made via Bank Transfer. Due to the delay, we have slightly amended the payment schedule options for the £160 fee as follows:
1. One payment of £160 by Sept 1st.
2. Two payments of £80 by Sept 1st and Jan 1st.
3. Eight payments of £20 from Sept 1st-Apr 1st. (Standing order)

Girls football – the club positively supports the growth of girls football and are pleased to announce that girls football is to be formally registered with the club and added to the clubs charter. Player registration and provision of players Dynamo kit is now in process.

Coaching club – as a club we should all appreciate the time and dedication of all our team managers and coaches. They play a vital role in the development of players and team participation. We are keen to ensure that we provide the required level of support and development to all managers and coaches and therefore are relaunching the Coaching Club under the leadership of Don Miller.Yours faithfully
